I came to yoga as a gentle form of staying fit during my pregnancies, and I fell in love with my time on my mat. In practicing this moving meditation, I quickly discovered how it calmed my anxious mind and became a ritual of self-healing.

I became a yoga teacher to share this gift with others: to create a space where people feel safe to reconnect to their true selves through movement and breath work. I want those who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, or any kind of unwanted negative energy to tune into their bodies and let their intuition guide them on a path to natural healing. There is something about pursuing personal wellness and yoga that helps to reestablish unity between the mind, body, and soul.

It has become a passion for me to seek and discover natural ways to heal my body and regain balance in my mind, and I think this is important news to share. I’m not sure where you are at in this journey, but I want to meet you there and share these tidbits and resources with you.
