Some days we crave a practice where we start slow and work our way up to that peak energy level. But some days, we feel buzzy and energetic. If you are feeling the latter, this is a great flow for you. We start standing to meet you where you are physically, mentally, emotionally and work our way down that mountain to a place of grounding. This is a great flow if you are looking to take it easy on the wrists... No Downward Facing Dogs or planks here! Grab your mat and let's get started!
