Join Sue Coogan for the day, Sunday, February 25th, for a deep dive into restoration. With calming practices such as restorative yoga, meditation, and yoga nidra, you will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, ready to take on the week ahead. Your day also includes fresh beverages, light breakfast bites, and a hearty vegetarian lunch. Yoga props to be provided. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to the event.
